There’s just a few things to keep in mind when you’re booking:
If you’re coming in for a Curly/Deva Cut please come with your hair down, dry, and curly. I need to see those beautiful curls to make them even more awesome! A little product is totally fine.
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost and/or may require a deposit to rebook. I understand that illnesses and emergencies happen and will be applying this policy with discretion, but please give me as much notice as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to take you and will have to charge the cancellation fee. As soon as you think you might be running late, text me! 818-471-4808 I will try my best to accommodate you, but some days just aren’t flexible.
I want you to love your hair! I am happy to make adjustments to your hair as long as you let me know within 10 days of the original service and neither you nor another professional has made changes. Any adjustments discussed after 10 days from the original service date will be considered a new service and charged as such.
