There’s just a few things to keep in mind when you’re booking:
Masks are no longer required in the studio, but you are welcome to wear one if you would like. I’m also happy to wear one if you’d prefer. Your comfort and safety are the most important thing to me!
If you’re coming in for a Curly/Deva Cut please come with your hair down, dry, and curly. I need to see those beautiful curls to make them even more awesome!
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost and/or may require a deposit to rebook. I understand that illnesses and emergencies happen and will be applying this policy with discretion, but please give me as much notice as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to take you and will have to charge our cancellation fee. As soon as you think you might be running late, give call or text me so I can try to accommodate you, but some days just aren’t flexible.
